Well we had a great day yesterday. Rozalynn said she had a great Birthday. Yesterday was a day with all her family. Minus one. Which was my mother, she had to work. Now the birthday sweets are done it's back to getting serious with the diet. Or change of life is what I would like to call. I don't like the word diet. It sounds like the word of death... lol .
