Well not much going on lately. Rick and I had a nice and mellow weekend. Saturday I had to work. (boo). Rick and I went out for supper which was nice. Sunday we were suppose to go my company picnic, but it was cancelled , do to rain. So my daughter to went to go see Hairspray with Grandma and her friend. Rick and Keanul went and seen SuperBad. So I went shopping. Than Saturday evening we went to Mom's house for supper. Mark and Rhonda show all of us there video footage from there trip to Nicaragua. Which was incredible!

Some of the footage reminded of Taiwan. The open markets, the dogs running wild, and not being able to flush the toilet paper down the toilet. It's hard to wrap your mind around how other countries live there day to day lives. It's sad, but yet rejoyful at the same time. For them this is life. They are some what at peace. This is what they know. For us it's unimaginable. We wonder why? why are you living like this? why is your government not doing something? why isn't someone helping out this country? But I think that as human we shouldn't be asking why and how. We should be thinking wow that is amazing that they can survive on so little. How God is great. That we think that they are so miserable, but when we look into there eyes they are so grateful. That all you have to do is a simple "hello" or wave and a smile comes across there face. I know that if we could all just chip in and give to are fellow man ( big or small) that we could all feel at peace.

Thank you Rhonda and Mark for sharing your wonderful journey. I learned a lot. I hope I will be able to go with and share the experience on day.
